The Chorus has consulted with other children’s choruses, Berkshire regional public safety officials, and parents to create a Covid Safety Plan that will allow us to sing together as safely as possible. You can read the plan here.
All families whose children join the Chorus have agreed to abide by the plan so that we can minimize risk and keep each other safe. To indicate their commitment to this plan, parents sign this waiver.
As part of our plan, we ask all families to respond to this screening survey before rehearsal each week.
